1st Course

Traditional Lo Hei with The Garden Slug twist
Served with ikan kurau, topped with Greek olives and Vinaigrette
traditional version available on request

2nd Course

Soup - Cream of Mushroom Trio
A hearty cream soup chock-full of button mushrooms, brown mushrooms and enoki mushrooms

3rd Course

Golden Battered Ocean Hake
White-fleshed ocean hake (fish) battered and fried in sunflower oil, served with a hand-whipped tartar sauce

4th Course

Chicken Ratatouille
Chicken chunks oven-baked with garden vegetables in a smokey tomato sauce

5th Course

Grilled Babyback Ribs with Peaches
Hickory-glazed ribs, served with pan-seared sweet peaches

6th Course

Penne Rigate with a pink sauce of Prawn and Pumpkin
Al dente pasta tubes tossed in a rich and refreshing sauce of fresh prawns and roasted golden pumpkin

7th Course

Orange and honey-glazed deli fruit salad
Hand-picked berries and grapes glazed with a festive orange and honey emulsion

8th Course
